Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with interview panels

• Manage candidate communication and ensure an excellent candidate experience

• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports

• Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws
